The lenses are brown with a gradient
effect. This means that they gradually transition from a darker shade to a
lighter shade at the bottom of the lens. The smooth transition of darkening
intensity is optimal especially for the city. The lenses provide comfortable
protection from the sun while allowing better visibility when reading or working
on a computer. The surface effect of the lenses is mirrored with a silver
hue.
The clip-on transmits 8-18% of light rays and the lenses have a dark
tint. The darkening intensity of the lenses is suitable as protection against
strong sunlight.
The sun clip-on has a UV 400 filter, which means it
blocks all UV radiation with a wavelength of up to 400 nanometres. This includes
both UVA and UVB radiation. The clip-on provides comprehensive eye protection
against harmful UV radiation and contributes to long-term eye health.
